about

These songs were written mid to late 90's into the early 2000's. Recorded live on Teac 4 reel to reel 4 track in Michele Lamy's empty Les Deux Cafes after it closed. Synth and few guitar overdubs at Lynne Earls studio in the valley. Believe it or not, this collection of songs was heavily influenced by FNM's Angel Dust. I painted the watercolor tryptic on the cover, inside flap, and CD.
It is most assuredly from a different time. I love it, I find it embarrassing, and good representation of my philosophy at the time. I wanted it to be rock and roll because it's played that way. Not because of production value or tones, but because of the energy.
David Rhee on drums and harmonies.
